Lol..It's been a long time i din update my blog..HAHA!

Haih~ Now currently at Penang Hard Rock Hotel industrial training for 3 months..

Sian betul...Miss my Dog,Bed and KL's life man..=x

3months fast fast pergi la...kacau betul ish~

why cant we training 3 weeks?

Ohya! i miss my college's life badly..=(

can go Lim Teh..pool,shopping,K box and slacking around the college with classmate..

aih~~~~~~~~~~

is 3am now..i will end here larh..cause i very sleepy edi..

my eyes cant tank..~.~

Orientation Night..

so i can sleep till 9am..^^

thn go for account class and math...

after math class we have 1 an a half hour break..so me and ariff go locker 4 a while..

thn ariff use my phone to call boon..

and boon tell ariff that Don got accident at the fake penang bridge there..

so me and ariff quickly go and meet Don..

lucky...orang tak ada apa-apa..only car kemek abit..

remember buy toto~ 2128..^^

around 2.30pm need attend english class..

till 4.30pm..thn need go change to chef jacket for commis..

finish commis around 9.30pm..cause the class start at 6pm...=.=''

after commis go orientation night see see..

suddenly wei kein pull me to the dance floor =.=''

thn i pull sheleen along ^^ (sabo) kekekeke~

firstly i feel very *shy* cause..me and sheleen the only 1 wear chef jacket..=.=''

imagine..wearing chef jacket and dance..is freaking COOL and SPECIAL okay?!

haha!

thn slowly slowly..me and sheleen get high..thn i dont care wad i'm wearing..

just dance~!!

and the sound system is DAMN SYOK wei..the BASS~!!OMG! i love it!!

the dj play 'Krazy,right round and I KNOW YOU WANT ME'..all also nice song..

so we just dance dance dance~~

when the end of the party..the dj wan us to sing a last song..

so nice wei..cause i know how to sing ^^

proud of it..xD

after the party...thn i help to pick up rubbish..

Last saturday..we went to 'Bukit Tabur'

climb mountain for our english project...

so..we meet at klang..thn push off around 8am++

till half way..thn we makan lor..

since me,ariff,michael belum makan..

thn..after makan we straight held to Batu Cave..

tot go there ask ppl where is the 'Bukit Tabur'

but thn..when reach there straight walk the stairs =.=''

nv warm up also..terus walk..

finish walk the stairs thn we started to ask ppl..

finally we found the 'bukit tabur'

before we start to climb..suddenly rain =.=''

stupid betul..but we dont care..go saja..

michael and sheleen climb till half way thn give up..=.=''

so they go back down there and rest..while waiting us..

others continue climb...thn the rain kinda heavy..but we still dont care..

but till half way..got 1 man told us to not continue climbing edi..because it is very dangerous and slippery ..=x

okay lor..so we listen to him..thn we turn back..and find a place to rest..

while resting tht time..the rain stopped =.=''

tension betul..grrrr

thn we camp at there eat something,take some pic and also dry ourself..
cause our whole body is WET~!

thn around 12pm+ like tht we push off from the bukit tabur...^^

(we next next week still wan to go..cause we all tak puas hati..hehe)

Arghh..really hate thursday class..

all theory..no practical..some more break 1 hour..

siao..sit till butt pain sia..

lucky today no math..if not it will be more worst..

i dont understand geography,math,and food science..=.=''

today food science got quiz..but i read protein..

Last saturday me,ariff,natalie,don and my brother go Bon Odori at Shah Alam..

as normal lor..go fetch natalie and Ariff..but too bad i late 1 hours =x

sorry ar to Natalie and Ariff~ i'm not purposely late..is because i need to fetch my cousin,grandma,sister and aunty..thats why i'm late..Sorry~~Gomenasai..

hmm,first time in my life go Japan Festival..not bad..

but the food is damn sucks..some more banyak exp..=.=''

we sit Don's car since i duno how to go..

Tuesday our group have service..

i woke up 6.25am..thn go fetch ariff..

reach school around 7.30am..

thn of course makan lor~~

so..8am we go in the restaurant and we start to polish our cutleries,crockeries and glass ware..

after polish..we set up the table..

and have a BREAK~

our lecturer (danial yong) so good..give us 30minutes break ^^

thn we go 7 eleven have a drink and chit chat...

11am..we have a briefing from our lecturer..

after the briefing...thn we start our service ^^

i be the helper..cause cukup orang edi..

my job is help out ppl ^^

but since they all dunit my help..so i go refill ice water lor..

walk in walk out from restaurant to kitchen..

damn freaking tired...leg pain

not only me leg pain..all of us also leg pain..

finish around 2.30pm+

thn we straight go mamak makan our lunch..

thn need to attend geography class =.=''

till 4.30pm thn balik rumah..

tot can tidur..but i saw my car SO dirty..so need to wash lor..

wash till 6pm..bath~

after bath take grandma,brother and sister go pasar malam have dinner...since my grandma so bored in house and dont wanna make her cook all the day..cause it will feel very tired..

go pasar malam makan char kuey teow ^^

so from sri petaling fly to Cheras~~

yesterday night we have a gathering..

we makan steamboat..and i found out that day i addicted in Michael Jackson Songs ^^

i sing till my friends going to punch me edi..hoho

Yesterday after school went sunway pyramid have a movie..

'Public Enemies' with yeong and Triple S..

cast by Johnny Depp..

that movie pretty nice..and the ending was sad..

this movie is more to artistic and old fashion..maybe some ppl like some ppl dislike..

for me is nice..

it is about a bank robber..and it is true story in America..

but yeong and triple s said nt nice and keep complaining..

Who care? this ur problem..cause i told them that this movie will be bored for them..

Today whole day is THEORY CLASS!!

damn bored..and sit till my BUTT also sakit..

imagine from 8am sit till 3pm..1 an a half hour break..

our first class is moral class..not bad

the teacher is funny ^^

but his voice got abit gay la..xD

2nd class is account..i bet he is a new teacher

cause he duno really know the computer id and pass..

his teaching not bad..can understand ^^

thn our last class is food science..this subject is interesting but the lecturer make us feel sleepy..cause her voice is so soft and lembek =.=''

so make us very sleepy..

after finish class..go belanja eng khoon minum bubble tea..since i owed him last month i guess..

after buy bubble tea..go back home..bath and SLEEP..

from 5pm sleep till 10.30pm xD

as normal..reach school around 7.45am..

and i tot the class start at 8am...but thn when i reach there

jason told me that today class start at 8.30am..=.=''

aih..if not i sure sleep till 7.30am muahahhaa~

reach school and go mamak to have our breakfast..

around 8.20am like that we rush to kitchen..

around 8.30am+ chef rex reach..

and he explain today's menu to us...

we tot he just briefing for the next class...

but thn it is not..we need to start immediately

i really get shocked..same to group 6..cause they duno that today need to start the service..

and they wad also din prepare..

hmm,so we prepare appetizer and main course..^^

the taste not bad..boleh tahan..=)

i like the mushroom sauce..

we divided to 8 groups..

some group they need to prepare 6 pax..and some group just prepare 3 pax..

and we got halal(non alcohol) and non halal(with alcohol)..

When our chef shout 'Station 4 FIRE 3 appetizer' we need to prepare the appetizer immediately ..

its fun..although we non-stop working

i enjoy the process very much ..=D

class finish around 2pm..

so me,ariff,sheleen and anson go makan MCD ^^

when finish makan MCD...my car kena JACKPOT (saman) =.=''

cause i din pay the parking..RM0.50

bt thn the bandaraya saman me RM100..stupid!

thn when go back to class i tell them i kena saman...

so we wait our geography lecturer for 30minutes..

but thn he still haven appear..so ariff decide to go program office to ask..

and the answer is this week geography class CANCEL~~

okay fine..

so all chao lor..balik rumah~

before take my dog from grooming'shop, i need to go my dad's factory to fetch my mum..

when reach home..the pokok besar kena kilat and jatuh infront of my Auto Gate =.=''

thn i park my car outside..

so..my mum when down and take off the pokok away from the auto gate..

pity my mum..

around 8pm..my dad reach home~

Yesterday we have our pastry class..

our lecturer is Chef karam~~~

He is a funny guy sia...^^

and sheleen told me that he got breast..=.=''

but this is real..he really got a bit ^^ if u guys got time..go check it out xD

so, we learn how to do pancake..woo~~

look very easy..but.........when u do that time..is not easy man~

our class end around 10.30am..and our next class is start at 3pm =.=''

so we got 5 hours break..OMG~

thn we decide go to sunway pyramid watch movie..'ICE AGE 3'

tis movie is damn super nice and funny..cant stop laughing...

who haven watch please..go watch..u will cry (laugh till cry) xD

Today wake up 12.30pm..^^

thn my mum call me to fetch my brother and sister go out makan..

after i gosok gigi,my mum call me and asked me 'sudah makan?'

thn i answer back her 'i baru bangun.=.=''

thn my mum said i reached home edi..so we decide to go out makan together

we go till cheras there makan MEE~~ yummy~~!!

finish makan we go my mum's fren house to see puppies..

the puppies is so cute..and my mum 's fren so kind..she gave us 2 puppies..

but we end of this month baru take..cause my parent going to china..

and the puppies is mix breed..Golden Retriever mix Hush Puppy ^^

the ears look like hush puppy..very big..body and leg also same like hush puppy..

but the bulu and the colour look like golden retriever but too bad 1 of the puppy is black colour..but they still very cute ^^

so when finish visit the puppies..time to go home and bring my dog to go for the training~

saturday, my friend having a BBQ for his birthday..

so, he call me and my 2 friends to help him out..

so me and my friends said 'okay lor'

thn 2 of my friend come to my house overnight..

we chit chat till 3am..tot mau pergi tidur..

thn i suddenly think of my kitchen got satay..so we makan lor..as our supper..(consider breakfast)

after finish makan..friends go tidur..except me

so till 6am..i woke up my friend thn we go pasar pagi beli sayur =.=''

but i tarak beli la...i be their driver..btw, driver's job is suck..seriously

around 8am..we go birthday boy's house to put our sayur-sayur...

thn 2 of my friend they go prepare for the steamboat ingredient..

so..i go slp lor..cause i whole night din slp..

i slp till 12.30pm..thn i go bungkus food for my brother..

so..1 of my friend she follow me go back home to take a nap..^^

we slp till around 6.30pm baru wake up..=)

and we reach the place is around 7pm+

thn we start BBQ~

my BBQ skill is suck man...i grill 1 chicken need take for 1hour+ =.=''

but lucky got fishball..cause fishball cepat masak..^^

so i eat many..hoho..but i still not full at all..=x

the party end around 11pm..thn my friend call me go Asia cafe play pool..

but i tak mau..cause i banyak letih...take cukup tidur..

so i balik mandi dan TIDUR~~

Genting Trip~

Muahahaha..yesterday back from genting with my classmate ^^

we meet at kl central around 8am..

when all reached..we go wait for our bus..

the bus reach kl central around 9am..

before bus reached we take some pic..^^Jess,Jeannie and Sheleen..

the bus around 9.15am push off..wee~

we reach sky way around 10am...

Scary..=x

so we reach genting around 10.30am..thn we go check in hotel..

but thn the staff said we need to wait till 2pm baru can check in...

so we suggest go makan...

this bak ku teh price is extremely EXP!! it cost RM40+ included 2 mineral water..

me,vincent and sheleen 3 of us share 1 pot..so that can save some money ^^

after makan, we go theme park PLAY~

we bought All park..and it cost RM51 for 1 whole day..is consider cheap..

we are so lucky that we can play many games..cause no peoples..^^

so it is worth for it..

till 6pm+..thn we go back hotel to have our shower..before that we gamble for a while ^^

after shower we go makan dinner..finish makan dinner we go arcade play for a while..so i play basketball ^^ thn anson,cheok,jien chiew,jason also come join together..finish arcade we continue play indoor game..^^

before that, we suggest go watch movie..TRANSFORMER..

we bought 1am ticket..

after bought ticket we go play bumper car again..this time we sabo MICHAEL..^^

all go bang him..till he cant move at all..HAHA!!

after bumper car..we go out have a walk..thn i bring them to garden there jalan jalan...

thn we go minum teh~ at old town white coffee..cause the whether getting cold and cold..

so we need hot water!!

while tengah minum teh..michael go buy a bottle of heneiken..

thn anson and jason share share buy 1 bottle heneiken..thn me and sheleen go buy cup noodle for tml morning breakfast..cause we wan save money ^^

around 12.45am we walk to cinema there and have our movie..^^

the movie finish at 3.30am...thn we terus go back tidur..^^

2nd day~

woke up at 9am..have our breakfast..^^

and each room have free 2 buffet breakfast...

so we asked micheal,vincent,cheok and jin chiew go have the buffet..

cause some of us malas go down..we prefer makan maggi..^^

finish makan i tidur again..till 11.30am..

thn we chit chat for a while..till 12.pm we check out..
thn we go have our lunch ^^ KFC

thn we go arcade play basketball again ^^

all addicted edi..i score 320!! WOHOO~~ so syok..and we get around 13xx+ ticket

so we go to change some present..so i suggest to change a pen..so that all of us can get 1..

finish play edi we go out blow some cold wind..^^

i bought a ice-cream..CEMPEDAK flavour ^^

around 3pm we go take skyway...

while waiting the bus come, we go see some animals..and the entry is RM7

we watch till 4pm..thn we go bus stop to wait for the bus...

bus reach around 4.30pm..and reached kl central 5.30pm^^

last saturday my friends and i go to watch Transformer ^^

before that me and wei wei go back to our secondary school's for the hari kantin..

my god sis told me that it start at 10am..and i 10am bangun =.=''

some more wan feed my dogg makan and need go fetch wei wei..

so when reach school..is around 11am++

semua kedai sudah mau tutup..sad*

so we just go there visit our teachers and friends..and of course my god sister ^^

we chit chat till 1pm+ and kah yan join us for the movie too.. thn i need to go fetch sze sze..

after fetch sze sze..we staright held to sunway pyramid..

when i enter the parking..it is full of CAR!!!

but at last get 1 parking also..^^

thn we terus go beratur to buy ticket..and is many peoples..

but i DONT CARE!! i tell myself that TODAY I MUST WATCH IT!

so i beratur..finally bought the ticket..WOHOO~~!!

After bought ticket we pergi makan..cause all of us haven take our breakfast T.T

so we go makan ramen..wohoo~

the ramen not bad..the price also affordable..

Me and my ramen..(the full of jagung 1)

after makan we go asian avenue to have a walk..and eat ice-cream..^^

finish makan ice-cream thn pergi watch TRANSFORMER!!

Ice Skating~

Well today having ice skating at sunway pyramid with my friends..

we meet at 12pm..but i reach at 12.30pm =.=''

thn we makan at mcd..selepas makan we go ice skating..wee~~

and the good news is..i never FALL down..wohoo~~

but i kinda pity to ariff..he fall down around 6 times..pity him =x

i guess his ass hurt..haha!

so, after ice skating around 5pm..we check out~

and i go play 1 round basketball..^^

after that..all go back home left me,ariff,don and wei wern..

so we decide to have some food..we keep discuss whether wan go this restaurant makan or that restaurant..finally we have decided to eat korean food..^^

the taste not bad..but the price very nice..^^

after makan we chao~

so i fetch ariff go back home..on the way to his house..there is farking jam..

and the reason is...1 car spoil..=.='' come on..1 car make till WHOLE high way JAM like hell!!

some more i wan go toilet!! beside that..itu ariff talk about ghost things..make me more

scare and feel like wan to go toilet!!!

finally,we reached ariff house..before reach his house..he told me that the bus stop got ppl die before =.=''

Well, today we have our discussion at college for our center piece,

about a not..finally we found 1 round about..yea!!

after u-turn..suddenly rain so heavily..thn i slow down the speed..

thn sampai 1 traffic light..i go wrong way =.='' suppose to go straight but then i turn to right..

after that jason they all call me ask me where am i...but thn i told them that i also duno where i am =.=''

and finally i found 1 road that i know..muahahahha

lol,kinda long time never update my blog huh?

sorry ya!

alright..last sunday, our college having campus's day..

so, i be the usher..the job is to greet the guest and lead them to MPH hall..

first..we got 3 usher..thn we complain 'Why so little usher?!'

after half an hour, suddenly pop out 3 usher..so we have 6 usher

it is more thn enough...after break, suddenly pop out 3 usher!!

OMG!! suddenly so many usher..actually usher also nothing to do..just stand and wait guest

come..and it is very hot! plus we wearing coat..=.=''

make some new friends from different courses..^^

but there almost all is mass communication except 1 is architecture...

they are very nice an friendly..^^

so, we 12pm having our free lunch~~!!thought got buffet or wad..cause the restaurant is

preparing something nice, but that is for guest..sad to hear that..

so our lunch at room 2x something..and yet that is a wonderful free lunch for me in my life..

but what to do? free ma..where got good 1..but the vegetable not bad..^^

after makan, continue our work~~~

after 5pm we take our allowance and SHOO~~

RM40 le..not bad..1 hour RM 5 some more kinda free..^^

Aw~ kinda long time din update my blog huh?

cause last week need to rush our project..so i no time to update my blog..

haiz..term 1 only le,sudah machiam ini..i cant imagine term2 our life is how...

but is okay,better thn stay at home do nothing..like orang cacat

at least i wake up every morning i got something to go and do..right?^^

hmm,lets talk about this few days wad i had done =)

as normal..tuesday is practical in kithchen..so we cook (of course we cook =.='')

thn wednesday is restaurant service..(hate this class)thurs F&B lur..but that day

danial yong postpone the class to next thurs...

fri we had our english class and IT class(fun class..can on9..fuiyoo~~^^)

thn sat got replacement class(tuesday timetable) for the lecturer training's

holiday..and u know wad?!our kitchen's air conditioner sudah ROSAK!!!hot like hell

man!!sweating all the time..but no choice need to tahan also..T.T

so, we had our kitchen practical with chef shahrizan..

we learn how to tourne potato(damn hard wei..),thn dutchess,jacket potato,mash

potato and etc..today is all potato..i eat till full like hell man..=.=''

but the potato that we cook very delicious ^^

after class..as normal go IT lab wait for my dad come fetch me =)

Friday- our class start at 8am..
first class is our English's class =.=''..boring class
till 10am, we had IT class...fun class =)
cause can ply restaurant city =D
and wait for who not yet do their presentation..
while waiting they all finish their presentation, clever me..i put my pendrive and watch my LOVELY JOHNNY DEPP'S MOVIE~!! weeeee~!!!
and i dont feel bored =D
so, our IT class finish at 12pm..and i go to the fair to look some chocolate to buy =)
there gt 5 for RM 11 and 3 for RM 11..i bought 3 for RM11
i also bought some sweet..=)
and i gave 1 box to arif..cause today he feel like very tired and moody..
so i treat him 1 box of chocolate =)
chocolate can make a person happy..cause i dont wan my friends to be moody or tired or wadever..=)

9am we had our F&B assessment =x
scare..cause i read abit only..this time cant ask friend for the answer..cause our lecturer dont even leave the class 1 step...and he keep staring us T.T

when finish the paper we go to chef rex theory class..wad a boring class =.=''

after finish chef rex theory class, we go library to discuss our Danial yong's project =)
we discuss till 1pm+ thn we go back..
while heading to KTM..our skol got fair..there got sell many things..such as chocolate,sweet,coffee,donut and etc..=)
so we go there to have some look..after finish buy our food,thn we stand aside there and chit chat =)
suddenly our lecturer mr.gopi come over..and he said our wearing gt problem tis and that..and he say i wearing The Joker's T-shirt = my personality got problem..WTH sia..
i just wear i likes punya cartoon or wadever..like that also got problem huh?
he like say till he is perfect in wearing cloth..pls la..everyone got their own style okay? by tht time we already no class..so we wear wad cloth is non of ur business!!!!u wan us 24 hours wear formal? IMPOSSIBLE!!!
after finish listen our lecturer talk craps..we go to midvalley and do our english project..

Reach school at 7.30am then go had my breakfast with xoong hua,sheleen and triple s..
after breakfast, almost 8am thn we rush to our restaurant there and wait for lecturer come.
when lecturer come, he explain the assessment details to us..when finish explain thn we start our
assessment! scare scare...=x
but our exam very funny de..can ask ppl the answer =.=''
cause teacher nt here..HAHA!
after finish the assessment (theory)
then we had 10 minutes break time..wee~~
after 10minutes break..teacher pick 8 person to take the assessment in set up table..
i'm the lucky 1 to chosen in first group..haha!
scary u knw..1 person set up 1 table..normally we 2 ppl set up 1 table..
each person gave us 20minutes to set up the table..
after 20mins~
we finished our set up table..wee~~ happy happy
can go take break..while waiting other group =)
so me,arif,jason,jennie go pastry there see whether got ice kacang sell anot..=)
when reach there i straight go buy 1..cause i damn hot!!!when i buy, the guy said 'you're our first customer..so u buy 1 free 1' =D
lucky sia..haha! so the free 1 i gave to arif..cause i promise him that i treat him makan ice kacang..=)
after finish our restaurant class thn break 1 hour..till 1pm
1pm we go for our english class..after english class thn go back home lur~~

Today our practical class start at 12.35pm..
before the class start, Me, Sheleen and eng khoon bought 1 bowl of ice-kacang ^^
delicious le..
after makan...we go locker place and change our uniform..
after change we straight held to kitchen to ready the stove and etc..
Chef Sharizan reached...thn he start to explain today cook wad and use wad method to cook..
while he was explaining..he suddenly told us that start from next week our Group 5 practical class take over by Chef Vincent!!
All our reaction is like..WAD?!HAR?HUH?!!WTH?!!OMG?!!WHY?!!
we all get shocked..
and we are so curious to know why chef sharizan wanna leave us T.T..
so,after chef sharizan finish explain..thn we call tse ling to ask 'why chef leave us?'
thn chef sharizan said he take too many class and normaly is 20hours for each chef..
but chef sharizan is around 34 hours..so he had to cancel come class T.T
damn sad le..he so good,friendly,funny,and handsome also(me,tse ling,sheleen,jason also said he handsome =D)..HAHA! true ma..
other chef all kinda fat..only chef sharizan FIT FIT~!! WOHOO~~
so today is our last class with him in term 1...
hope can meet him again at term2,3,4,5,6 xD

alright now come to the happy things, today we learn soba,and omelete
hoho...its fun and the taste is good too..just simple ingredient can make it become amazing taste..!! before we start to cook..chef sharizan demo for us..

Sunday as normal..is family's day and also mother's day..
well, i never celebrate mother's day with my mother..
anyway..my mum is dont care those special day..
so, we never celebrate lor..
we go The Curve shopping....
my dad go IKEA see furniture and me,brother,mum and sis go jalan jalan..
thn me and my brother of course go anime shop lur xD
and i bought 2 movie..muahahah!
1 is NARUTO-THE MOVIE 5~~!!
and another is Natsume Yuujinchou (part 1), Zoku Natsume Yuujinchou (part2)
the cover is kinda attractive so i buy it..and it is very cheap..RM19.90 2 CD + free soundtrack..

after that i go to my beloved toy..my type de toys is not those childish de la..
my type se toys is those 'Pirates of the caribbean' toys..and 'The Joker' toys..
that kind toys is look very real..
and i SAW MY BELOVED 'THE JOKER'..OMG!!!
I LOVE IT SO MUCH MAN~!!AND I FIND THT TOYS FOR A LONG TIMES!!
AAAAAH~~~bt too bad the price is freaking exp...

i buy at Japan that time is cost RM598+
but then when i came back to Malaysia and look for the toys..

Alright,after finish our assessment...we have about 2 an a half hour break~

so we plan to go play pool..

and yeah, after eating we go to the IT lab to look for computer to online =)
unfortunately, IT lab is FULL~!

today our butchery class is trim or cut?(i duno) lamb..

and the lamb's bone is HARD~!
OMG..it is very hard man...and i'm the last one who pass up the lamb (cause our chef said dont rush ma..so i slowly slowly do lor..)

Today is our first class in kitchen =)
our class start at 12.35pm and i reach school around 11am..
kinda early..bt its okay..
first thing reach school need go where?of course IT lab lor..
play face book's game (restaurant city) =D
unfortunately,our school's internet line got problem!!
that time i damn sian le..
but lucky yeong and anson come early =)
so we chit chat while waiting other peoples come IT lab gather..hoho
after that sheleen reach~
and she call me to teman her go rent locker...
after finish rent locker,we go check out her and mine locker
cause some of the locker are big...and too bad i get a small 1..
DAMN THE TEACHER!!
same price bt size nt same..wth sia..
by the way we walking back to the IT lab,we saw xoong hua and eng koon..
so we say 'HI' and ask them going where...
and they said going to makan breakfast...when i hear tht..
i was very happy!!!cause i and sheleen not yet have our breakfast..=x
so we straight go makan chicken rice..
the taste still OKAY la..BOLEH TAHAN saja..
while waitting the chicken rice come..
so i call louis,anson,yeong..whether wan come join us anot..
at last,they come and join us =D
thn we chit chat chit chat..bla bla bla..
after finish..its about 12.10pm and ngam ngam tse ling reach school..JUST NICE~
you know wad? i not yet wear up my chef jacket and my safety boots!
so we 3 girls are rushing to the toilet and change our cloths..
then straight go in the kitchen..cz we need early 10mins go in to prepare our plate,chop board(duno gt spell wrong anot),wear our apron,chef's hat,etc...and of course our knife set =)
after finish all the stuff..we wait chef sharizan about 5mins-10mins..finally he reach =D
so our class STARTED!! weee~~
btw,first time saw chef sharizan kinda scare him..but today he kinda funny and nice to GIRLS..HOHO i like i like =)
then he start to explain those cutting method..
at first i tot cut slice or chop only..
bt thn is nt!!when chef sharizan wrote those cutting method on the white board,
my mine straight said 'OMG'!
there many type of cutting..and each of the cutting method got a name..
those name i duno wad language...eg:Batonnet,Paysanne,Macedoine,Vichy,Brunnoise,Jullienne u knw wad language is tht?thai?german? i duno~
first sight u look at those word...u comfirm duno hw to read...
so our chef sharizan teach us 1 by 1...and now we agak agak knw hw to read and knw the name of the method =)
first of all,we use carrot to cut it into 7 types of cutting method..(cool huh?)
its fun..=)
so chef sharizan show us 1 time(he said only show us 1 time..bt thn he show us more thn 2 times =.='') of the 7 types of cutting...
and our group are very concentrate on it...most of us are recordingor some ppl take pic...
after chef sharizan finish cutting and explain..
so,its our turn to start CUT!!!WEE~~
me and eng koon is 1 group...
we 2 kinda cooperate =) not bad not bad~
while finish cutting,we 1 by 1 show to chef sharizan to give comment about our 7 types of cutting methods..
after finish give comment,chef sharizan show us other vegetable of cutting...
thn he show,explain this and that about how to cut the onion into Brunnoise....
after finish explain thn we go cut the onion...and i CRY while cutting onion..STUPID ONION!!
after finish cutting the onion,thn chef teach use hw to cut another vegetable...
and bla bla bla bla....~~
till 4pm+...our class start at 12.30pm..
and we stand nearly 5 hours..
my gosh~our leg damn tired and pain...
bt anyway..today's class its FUN =D
i enjoy it and i love it..~

cause always came back from college staright pergi tidur =x
tired ma...
Let's talk about my college =)
for me,i thought college can wear casual wear..but then
when the last day orientation day
talk about grooming
u knw wad they said?need wear FORMAL WEAR while having theory class.
when she said that word..my mind straight pop out a word ---> 'WTH??!!'
bt day by day..its become better =)
before that we have to separate to 6 groups(culinary arts)
and i'm in Group 5 =D
a friendly and good boys and good girls group =)
you knw why i say tht?cause our group no ones SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!
Wee~~
first day tht in class,we all are very shy and feel lonely lar..=x
bt thn in few hours..we all suddenly very friendly and talk many rubbish =D
hoho..from tht moment i dont feel lonely...
and and and.... i LOVE MY GROUP!!! YIPEEE~~!!
